Job description:<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

– Leading the MEP design team of Civil and Industrial Construction.
\n– Proposing design solutions and choosing optimal technical solutions, convenient for construction, reliable operation and economic efficiency.
\n– Making schedule of detailed design for the MEP design team. Organize the work of the design team and coordinate with relevant departments.
\n– Supervise the design process, ensure product design quality and schedule.
\n– Join the meeting with the Investor, Verifier and other stakeholders in the design process. Supervising of design Author.
\n– Other construction consultant tasks assigned by the superiors.<\/p>\n

Request:<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

– Having 7-10 years of experience in designing various types of Civil and Industrial Construction projects, especially high-rise buildings.
\n– University graduate with the right major of MEP.
\n– Having class 1 design certificate of MEP.
\n– Fluency in MS Office software and MEP design softwares.
\n– High sense of responsibility, initiative in work.
\n– Capable to lead the team under high pressure and fast schedule.<\/p>\n
