Job description:

– Leading the Architectural design team of Civil and Industrial Construction works.
– Proposing design solutions and choosing the optimal solution in terms of performance, technique, aesthetics, convenience for construction and economic efficiency.
– Making schedule of detailed design for the team assigned to manage. Organize the work of the design team and coordinate with relevant departments.
– Supervise the design process, ensure product design quality and implementation progress.
– Join the meeting with the Investor, Verifier and other stakeholders in the design process. Supervising of design Author.
– Other construction consultant tasks assigned by the superiors.

Request:

– Having 7-10 years of experience in designing various types of Civil and Industrial Construction works, especially high-rise buildings.
– Graduated from university with a major in Architecture.
– Having class 1 Certificate of Architectural design of Civil and Industrial Construction .
– Proficient in using MS Office office software and specialized design software .
– High sense of responsibility, initiative in work.
– Capable to lead the team under high pressure and fast schedule.
