Job description:

– Leading the Structural design team of Civil and Industrial Construction.
– Proposing design solutions and choosing optimal technical solutions, convenient for construction, ensuring safety and economic efficiency.
– Making schedule of detailed design for the structural design team. Organize the work of the structural design team and coordinate with relevant departments.
– Supervise the design process, ensure product design quality and schedule.
– Join the meeting with the Investor, Verifier and other stakeholders in the design process. Supervising of design Author.
– Other construction consultant tasks assigned by the superiors.

Request:

– Having 7-10 years of experience in designing various types of Civil and Industrial Construction projects, especially high-rise buildings.
– University graduate with the right major of Civil and Industrial Construction.
– Having a design certificate of a civil and industrial construction project, grade 1.
– Fluency in MS Office software and structural design softwares.
– High sense of responsibility, initiative in work.
– Capable to lead the team under high pressure and fast schedule.
