A large-scale project with 1200 units, 5 blocks, 30 stories in Nha Trang City.
Apartment agreed on the principles of architectural structure:
– Toilets are put along the corridor, teachnical gens are easy to reach for maintaining and repair without direct taffect to residents. The toilets are designed in modular, separate dry and wet areas.
– The bedrooms have views, ensure good ventilation and natural lighting, master bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious.
– Apartment layout with no redundant area to optimize the cost.
